Christmas Shop Terms

Please make sure any attached proof copies are checked thoroughly for any typos or errors in design and layout. Any mistakes not notified before approval to print  will be your responsibility and there will be a charge for re-printing.

Artwork – Our free artwork service includes 1 low resolution JPG proof copy before printing, we will then make alterations to this version until you are happy with the artwork. We do not supply finished artwork in high resolution format. This can be purchased separately after printing is complete.

Bleed – If supplying your own artwork, please add an additional 3mm bleed area to sides. Also a 3mm safe zone. 

Refund/Returns Policy – There will only be a refund offered if the order is incorrectly printed and not for errors unnotified  at approval to print stage. Any issues MUST be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the order.  We may request photos if the goods arrived damaged or we may ask you to return the items to us.
